Yes. And We have live here for 8 years. And He always wrote me a letter for HO. Never had any problem.
I usually send HO the letter and Land Registery.

But I don't see that HO need any assurence that any circumstances will always stay the same forever.

It's got both of us name as you have to give both names. But I mentioned in claim forms that my wife is subject to Immigration Controls.

Thank you for your answers. Can someone please shed some light on my 2nd question.
Can my wife travel abroad now (she's got dependent visa of a PBS) and I've got ILR now. Can she travel abroad until her visa is valid? Or she has to obtain FLR(M) first.
