It is worth appealing and arguing article 8 grounds.would suggest you seek legal advice. What are you asking? the reason for the refusal is clear, you were not in a category for which you can apply for a spouse visa in the UK. I dont see that you can really appeal this decision and your only option would be to go back to your home country and reapply from there. you were granted discre...
