Hi all,


I have applied for human right application 3 months a go and today I have received a letter for biometric but unusual thing is that they already paid for it ? Is there any one here who knows something about it?

It is worth appealing and arguing article 8 grounds.would suggest you seek legal advice. Kash_hash, You need legal advise mate, you do have good grounds but being able to fight it is another matter, artical 8 private life is some thing these guys go on about, but they sent my husband back to pakist...

What are you asking? the reason for the refusal is clear, you were not in a category for which you can apply for a spouse visa in the UK. I dont see that you can really appeal this decision and your only option would be to go back to your home country and reapply from there. you were granted discre...
