Hi, You can send your IRP card with bank draft 950 without any hesitation.There wont be any issue at all trust me as you still have the valid IRP card. you should not be worried in regard to this even if you dont get an invite for next ceremoney. I got an approval letter for Irish citizenship on 08/01/20. They asked to submit €950 and the GNIB card if wish to be included in the next ceremony which is taking place on 02/03/20. Once your wife gets her citizenship. You can apply your citizenship on her behalf if you are married to her minimum three years.But i am not sure if you would require to change your stamp from 4eufam to 4 only.

There is an update on INIS website saying next ceremony will take place on 30 sep 2019 in kerry. If you can, wait until you have less than 6 weeks absence in the last 365 days. Otherwise you would need a sincere explanation.
