Thanks for your reply.

Do i still need to apply for her FLR even though she still has 1+ year left on her Tier 1 Dependant visa :?:

And she will be eligible for ILR long before her Tier1 Dependant visa expires.

Planning to apply for ILR soon.

WP (3 years) + Tier1 (2 years)

My wife's with me in UK for about 15 months. So i guess she cant apply with me. Is that right :?:

What will be her status IF i get ILR? Will she still be on Tier 1 Dependant :?:

Granted

Just off the fone (after 4-5 repeated attempts) with a gentleman. He said a decision has been made and documents have been sent out on Wednesday. I was about to hang off when he asked me if i wanted the tracking number. Got that as well. Then asked if he would let me know the decision and he said it...

If you have already submitted your appln, WITHDRAW !!

If you havent done so already, wait until you actually finish your degree/gain experience/earn enough money !!

If you are claiming points for education using the Masters degree in UK, then that is sufficient to claim the points under prev UK Experience.

How can a "highly skilled migrant" not know where to download the form? Forums are there for helping each other. No one argues with that. If you have an issue with someone here, take it with them privately. What is the need for public tantrums? Looking for more hands to join in? And do what? I can a...

Ditto.. Think its a common mistake to have it assumed to be PBS to mean Points Based System, when its actually PB.

Shdn't cause any worries or any delay because of this.

Didnt you know beforehand that the process would take about 10 weeks or so? If no, who is to blame here? There's no point blaming the VFS guys for everything. They might be overloaded with applications from quite a lot "highly skilled" (aka intelligent) people, for all we know. As for the query, you...

with all the new rules and regulations, i would suggest you come along with her.

There is no point in you coming here alone and raising suspicions, which might lead to invalidating your visa.

I presume you plan to come here first and search for a job for yourself. If i were you, i would postpone.

Although it says Tier 1 in braces, this section is under work permit and iam not sure if a WP to Tier1 would come under this timeline.

Anyone?
