Thanks marco yes that is what I meantioned earler to spike , but thanksfully I found a solicitor and she is going to appeal it for me and I had around 6 private consultation with different solictors , after they saw the notice of decision and the Reasons of Refusal the majority of them were shocked ...

Nothing wrong with my application and the reason for refusal after 11 months is this "Jointly named document dose not specify your definite residence in the United Kingdom" therefore your application for Permanent Residence is refused :lol: what a regime
