My ILR was approved on 12th Dec and collected document in personal on 13th. Still waiting for BRP to arrive. There is no tracking no given obviously. We cannot even ask DX without tracking no.

Pls can you further clarify when you advice going to Solihull for no approval no fees? Does it mean mean any case which get rejected at Solihull gets refund of the fees or do not have to pay fees for settlement applications?

Reading some other cases on this forum I think it might be a good idea to respond to UKBA with email copies where company HR have stated they cannot issue any specific letter.
