6 months or less for accessment and 6 months or less for processings. They sometimes process it very fast. your friends case could be one of them. It happened to one of my friend also that all his process took less than 3 months. So all the best.

The australian missinories have some selected medical centers, you can go there for the test. If they issue a no objection cert. it should be enough for you. So contact your nearest embassy.

I doubt if there is any australian immigration cell in kuwait. You can mail the dubai office and explain your situation. The e-mail for dubai office is dima-dubai@dfat.gov.au

if you had submitted the payslips only, it may not be enough, they may now require IT returns. Ask some of your friend in home country and try to send the IT return.

you can e-mail the HO with your name, DOB, nationality and ask for ref. no. in this way you will know if your consultant has submitted your application or not.

There were lot of applications on 5th april, I doubt whether they crossed it yet. Even if they put the update do not expect it to be more than 2 days i.e max 7th april. or may be same 5th april.
