When to Escalate

Hi All. If we have applied under SET (M) on 11/8/2020 and still have no answer. When can we really escalate with Home Office? Its over 5 months now. If we can escalate what is the process? is there any email address of home office.

Separation while visa processing

Hi I had a question from one of our friend's thought to ask on forum: If a person's application is in process for ILR on the basis of FLR (M) (5 yr route) and they decide to separate from their husband. What can happen to their status? Do they have to tell home office of separation and apply under o...

Re: ILR Rejected

Did they ask her for the missing documents, in line with the rules D at the time ? • You applied for Leave to Remain as the spouse of XXX on 19 December 2017. This was granted on 5 year route on 19 December 2017 until 17 July If she reapplied for FLR(M) in 2017, then they probably didn’t admit that...

Re: ILR Rejected

I think the conclusion is that she was granted further leave to remain in December 2017 and she has not completed 60 months of valid stay which will be completing in December 2022. It probably is a good idea if she asks the question to home office what she is now entitled to do

Re: ILR Rejected

@Seagul: she arrived in january 2014 under spouse visa. Her 5 year clock in my opinion started on 19 december 2017 as per timelines provided by home office.

ILR Rejected

Team, my friend applied for ILR but it got rejected or should I say they are putting her on 5 year route. The timeline provided by Home Office is below. • You applied for Entry Clearance as the spouse of XXX on 19 December 2013. This was granted on 10 January 2014 until 10 October 2016 • You entered...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

In my personal opinion majority decisions (March - July applicants) based purely on IDV app are taking 3/4 weeks on average. I believe, coming week we will see many decisions pouring in for this lot. Anyone who has submitted biometrics in person and still have not heard back or went for dual submis...

Correction:

You have to use the same email address and password to log in to IDV app what you used to create an account on UKVCAS** not UKVI.
Thank you Cullinan

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Sorry if this has already been answered. I have received email from UKVCAS "Invitation to use the new UKVCAS IDV App" but I don't know where I can get the UAN number to login to the app. It says in the email that it is provided by the UKVI. Will i be getting new email stating UAN? Thanks as always ...
