My brother in law has his appeal hearing on 23/04/2014.

His wife was refused spouse visa.

Any ideas how long it will take to get visa after hearing done infrônt of judge !!!

My cousins court date is 24th April..

What will be procedure from that day onwards?

Even if u send 10000 emails. All they will do is send same automated same wording reply.. We r performing checks and cant give time frame

If it had an impact then many April applicants have been sending a lot of emails.

it just depends how straight forward your application is.

My cousin had sent appeal and they had given till 8th octobor to give a hearing date..

Now on oct 8 will they call and let know hearing date or will they post a letter which will come after days or weeks?

And how long a date should she expect a date in london courts.

and some got rejected even after 3 to 4 months ... so no such rule...

u can apply within uk provided that you both can combine and show income which meets 18600..

if shes earning 7000 , you will need to earn the rest for your application to be successful

Any idea what date of court hearing could one get if the notice of pending appeal is on 8 October 2013.

Visa was refused on 22 march.. They did not accept review .. Now on 8 octobor they will give hearing date? How long its taking now a days. It will be from london.

No fix time frame..

People got visas in one month, two months..

Majority got it in 3 and half months.

And some people are waiting for 4+ months..
