+1 to CR001 post above.

Any big income is questionable and works against the application. So be very cautious on that.

Re: Changing a return flight from the UK

Hi,

Change of flight is irrelevant to the visitor visa. There are always circumstances people book and change flights. The ONLY factor should be considered is DO NOT OVERSTAY.

No idea about student visa application. Hopefully other forum experts will guide on this.

Cheers

Re: Family Visitor's Visa For Unemployed/Dependent Parents

Hi, Property documents is an advantage in your case. Strong ties with relatives and brother is add-on with proper documentation. Disclosing about medical requirement might turn as double edged sword. I have not done a fully sponsored visit visa but some of my friends have done for their retired pare...

The word substantial is vague. So this is what i needed clarity on as to what proof do i need to supply Without knowing the work, family and financial situation of the applicants it is going to be generic. Re: Free childcare - Visa Tier 2

Thank you @Gnanasekar. I read this link: http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/living/children-and-families/the-family-information-service-hub/30-hours-free-childcare/#What-is-15-hours-free-childcare and hence doubted the interpretation. We pay for our daughter's childcare and were hoping to cut some costs...

Re: Free childcare - Visa Tier 2

You cannot claim 30 hours free child care as there are number of restrictions which are again here childcarechoices.gov.uk Why do you think one cannot claim 30 hours on the basis of their leave? From the link, the restriction seems to be that both parents need to be working if it's not a single par...

#1 - Your visa is still valid and you can enter in before Oct 2017
#2 - Extension will have to be Dependent of British Citizen.

Experts may add more on to this.

Re: Spouse Visa - Accommodation

Yes, you need to provide proof of accommodation. How is this possible when both are travelling together? This is assuming that the British citizen has been living in UK or expected to hold accommodation in the UK although he is not living here which doesn't make sense. The only possibility I could ...

Re: UK Standard Visitor Visa Form - Visit Dates

Based on my experience the visit dates I have entered is always two-four weeks after the application date. I believe you can apply in advance in preparation of travel but mind you the visa start date is more likely to be the date you asked for. My visitors have not traveled the exact date as they pi...

Nikhil, As long you give in the application that mother in law is solely supported by father in law that should help. If there is a bank account in mother-in-law name with regular inwards and outwards funds that will help. Showing property and work (if employed) details of father in law will help. Y...
