Return for Child BRP

Hi

My wife and kids under 12 attended Ceremony and collected their British Citizenship certificate last week

I understand as per the approval letter for my Mrs i need to send her ILR BRP back however i am not sure if the kids ILR BRP needs to be sent back as well?

Please advise?

Yes kids letter were second class. Just thinking if they forgot to send wife letter?

My wife applied on same date. Still waiting. They advise not to contact them prior to 6 months lapse, when was your passport fee deducted?

Eligibility Requirement

Hi Guys

My wife and kids received ILR on the 14th March last month.
They have been in the UK since 2008 as my dependent ( Kids born Abroad)

Do they need to wait for one year after IRL or they can apply for citizenship straight away?

I got ILR in MARCH 2014 . Wife and children switched to FLR M march 2014 issued for 2 years then further extended flr M for 2 years in march 16 valid till march 18

Hi . I have been through similar extension for my dependants. Can I suggest that you apply in person as it took me a whole day to convince visa officer that my dependent fall under old rules. They were initially going to refuse application for not meeting financial req but I had print out of rules ...

Also ensure that if you go for Flrm extensions it's issued under 284 for 2 years so when she applies for ilr she ll still fall under old rules
