When to apply for ILR

Hi - just a quick query I am intending to apply for set m as partner of British citizen 5 year route. My visa expires in July and my 5 years have been completed in March. Do I have to wait till 28 days before my visa expires or I can apply straightaway.

Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the reply. How long did it take and what consulate did you apply? Did you have to submit an affidavit as well?

Thanks
