Once its with caseworker, it generally means your case should be completed within three weeks.

ILR granted Letter from MP

Hi ALL,

Just received an email from MP saying that my application is processed and permission to stay ILR.

applied on 9th August.

Thank you all for your great support and for keeping us all informed.

I am sure all July and August applicant can will get over the long hurdle very soon.

09 August applicant

I am an august applicant and unable to get any update for my application either from UKBA phone call or via MP.

I am planning to write a letter to them which I intend to post and fax them on regular basis until I hear from them.

ILR and Tier one extension

I am also august applicant (done biometric). My visa is expiring on 23rd Feb. I am eligible for Tier 1 extension but all my documents are with UKBA ILR. Do you guys think, I should have any backup plans like apply for Tier 1 extension via post etc. Any thoughts would be helpful. Just want to make su...

CALLED UKBA FOR BIOMETRICS

Hi all,

I also called UKBA and they confirmed I was on their system (phew !! ) .. And said I should expect my letter by Next week.

Thanks onabanjo and sushdmehta. I will print the information out and go through with them.

I am sure this will make them to be more supportive rather thinking about when they can drop a bomb on me i.e. notice letter.
