Hello Guys,
My husband got ILR under 10 yrs in June. I came in uk on student dependent in may -08 then converted to tier 1 dependent in Jan -2011. Do I have to show income requirement of 18000. I got FLR M in june. Can I apply SET M now as I spent more than 2 yrs under spouse visa.

Hello guys, my husband's ilr approved on 29th may and my flr m approved on 30th May. My hubby got call from home office at17:45 On 28th May saying our ilr's approved. I am so happy now. Ilr approved

Hello guys, my husband's ilr approved on
29th may and my flr m approved on 30th
May. My hubby got call from home office at17:45
On 28th May saying our ilr's approved. I am so happy now.

4th dec and MP involved at beginning of 6 th month.

Is it possible to vary my application from FLR M to SET M assuming my husband granted his ILR on 10 yr. i also included my daughter in my application. Is it possible to include her on SET M with me or she can go for MN1? I am on dependent visa since 2008.

I have reiceived my biometrics with 1 dependent. I applied on 21st jan on flr m and included covering letter that my husband applied on 10 yr ilr. I
am so suprised that i got biometrics within 2 weeks???

Application sent on 4/12/12
Acknowledgment letter received 8/12/12.
Biometric invitation received 4/1/13.
