We actually filled the form in November and due to some personal circumstances it got delayed. But then we mentioned it in the sponsor letter clearly that, though it was delayed but she planning to travel asap after the visa will be arrived.

Hello,

My mother has been issued a visitor visa today but we intended to visit asap but home office has issued the visa vaild from April 20th, 2020. She is in India and has applied from Mumbai. How do we contact home office now to correct the error? Please your advice is much appreciated.

Hi CR001,

Problem is that some people are saying that if you have Indian passport of your baby than she is not eligible for straight Citizenship, she has to apply for ILR first and then after a year citizenship, hence the confusion. Thanks for clearing the doubts though.
