I have an appointment with NCS on 9th April to register my son as British Citizen. My son was born in London and he is 14 months old. He holds US Citizenship from his mother. Thanks everyone for your responses.

@JAJ, Do you really think that I don't have to send his US passport with MN1 3(1) application form? as its mentioned in the list of required documents.

His mother has just got ILR with me on 28th Feb, so I think he has to register first, isn't?

Thanks.

I am in a same boat as you, because I am also going to PEO Cryodon for ILR on 28th Feb and taking my 1 year old infant with me, who is not my dependent. I raised this question on the forum last week and experts said that it's allowed to take infant with you at PEO.

Dear Members, Can someone please tell me on SET(O) form what should I write in question 7.3 of section 7, which says... "7.3 Do you or any dependants who are applying with you have any civil judgments against you or any civil penalty under the UK Immigration Acts?" In last 5 years, I got parking fin...

@ stokbrig, Try just before midnight with multiple browsers singing in to ukba. The site crashes just before 11.50 but keep patience and you will see appointments. Be quick to grab one when u see. Also b4 clicking on next button it's a good idea to see if the site is still up on another tab. I book...

Taking infant inside the PEO is allowed. are you applying for the infant as well if yes, then you need book for all 3 dependents (1+3). Thanks for your reply ilrdep. Infant is not a dependent in our ILR application, our application is 1 + 2. Would he still be allowed to go inside the PEO with us?

ILR Advice for Dependants

Hello, I am going to apply for ILR in end of February 2013 and have couple of questions regarding my 2 dependents. 1. My wife became my Tier 1 dependent in May 2009. She lived in UK until Aug 2009 and went abroad from Sept 2009 till Jan 2010. Since Jan 2010, she has been living in UK, so by now it's...

Thanks wpilr_nov12 for your reply. I do have the payslips for the untaxed years and they show tax deductions. I agree with you that my employer is doing some dodgy tax handling but I didn't tell him about contacting HMRC directly and I won't tell until my ILR done. He could create problems for me if...

ILR Eligibilty - No Tax paid in last two years

Dear Members, I work for the same company from more than 5 years now. My employer gave me P60 in first three years 07-08, 08-09 & 09-10 but not for 10-11 & 11-12. Recently I contacted HMRC for Employment History letter and they said that, "We have no record of any taxable income for you as a Pay As ...
