Re: How to Prove Spouse's 5 years in UK (not working)

However, you will then have to show the proof of cohabitation for your wife....This is what we ha...

Child's ILR

Hi All,

Please can you let me know which form I should use for my son's (3 year old) ILR application?

Me and my wife already have ILR visa. (5 years T1 General route)

My son is on PBS dependant (T1 Dependant) visa valid until 31st march 2018.

Should i use Set(O) or Set(F)?

Many thanks,
Rish

Re: Urgent Biometrics help to enable me to start a new job

Sorry to know about your situation. Your ILR, although is in old passport, but is still valid. However, you can transfer your visa to your new passport (i.e. get a BRP created). Please follow the instructions in the link below: https://www.gov.uk/transfer-visa And read the following section when you...

Re: 12 hrs stay at Heathrow - Can I apply for 12 hrs visa?

In January this year, my brother was travelling from Mumbai to NYC and had similar 12-13 hours stay in UK overnight. Re: Applying as a dependant Tier 1 visa

You can apply for T1 General dependant visa only for your legal partner i.e. you need to be either married . You will then require a marriage certificate to prove the relationship.
