I am sorry, i didnt make myself clear, i was actually shoked regarding a note on the indian visa application, which state that if you are British but hold other nationality (ies) then your application will take longer time to process... thats means not all british get equal treatment ....

I advise people to apply for ILR anyway before 3rd of April, even if you havnt finished the 4 year period, in this way you will get a refusal based on 4 years. and thats may help in the future !!! this is a bit unfair,

so those who complete their 4 years period just after 3 April are now supposed to wait another year? they should apply this new rules on the people who just arrived in the UK, not those who alreadfy been here long time and expecting the ILR soon.
