Hi Guys,

We have been to solihull PEO. They kept us waiting for 2 hours for SET O and said finally SET O will not be possible. So, We had to change the application form to FLRM. Now we are going back on 20th December for ILR, my wife is eligible for it now.

Hi Mehta, Today my wife pass life in uk. I am taking her for PEO solihull on 5th December. I am going to try SET O first, if not then FLRm. I have a question regarding FLRm is that as my wife came to uk before 9th July, so rules applies on her before 9th. Do we have to fill the financial sections???...

Does it start from the letter dated from home office or when?

The Letter was dated 12th but received on 14th.

Hi Guys,

Home office sent my wife's passport back on 14th November. How many days does she have to apply for it, as her visa has already been finished on 31 august and she has no visa at the moment?

Ukba staff advise me to fill SET O, and told that they have been advised by their senior, pbs dependent do not have to apply Flrm if they have fulfilled qualifying period which they were advising before. I want to apply for settlement, we have been married almost 5 years, have two kids born here, wife has live almost 31 months in uk with me.
