I am still waiting to hear from BHC.

We submitted her passport with call letter of allowed family visit visa appeal on 18 June 2009 so far there is no information about her visa.

You don't pay any fees if you have allowed appeal which is your siste-inlaw case.

I have applied for my mother and submit her passport without the fee at Gerry's KHI.

I think it is better to apply fresh rather than appeal in your case. The whole appeal process might take 6 months to 1 yr or more that that in getting visa stamped which you can't afford to wait. We submitted passport for Appeal Family Visit case on 18 June and still waiting to get it back.

I called Gerrys few time last week and it is still in process. Same reply I get from BHC through email.

We were told 21 days but when I was checking Gerry's site there is a press release about current processing time which say it is normally taking 6 weeks to process the visa application at Karachi.

My mother passport is submitted today. She was told that it will take around 21 Days and Gerry's will contact her.

She hasn't applied yet. There is a long wait in getting appointments at Gerrys KHI for Appeal cases and InshaAllah she will b e applying on Thursday 18 June.
