Application sent off on 1/8/2012 Application received 3/8/2012 Acknowledgement Letter - NOT received (not by me nor adviser) Payment...

Thanks Baxx. Yes, the BRP was delivered at 15:45 this afternoon! In our case, it was definitely worth getting our MP involved, because we were getting nothing out of UKBA. hiya all, i got a letter today saying ILR has been approved. didnt get no brp yet and well, the visa vignette sticker on it was same as on spouse visa. i guess brp is now the new 'visa' sticker? hoping to receive it in 10 days i believe. my application took 3 months as you can see from my signature...

If her leave expired during application process and the application is refused then she must have received right of appeal, depending on the reason of refusal. That's true. But Sheford indicated that he didn't want to go through the appeal process. However, I agree that might be the better approach...

My documents return today ..sadly my wife as Dependent ILR application has been refused.Because she hasn't completed two year probationary period. I do not want another trap into the lengthy appeal waiting time.. Does anyone know if she can apply under a dependent of a settled person FLR(M) from UK...
