Thanks for your reply The name on the degree is the name before marriage without her surname on it. She got her passport after marriage with surname on it. Hi I think there is a way out to this. Apply for you extension by post which is going to take few months. Submit your ILR application immediately after the same is due. Yes I am referring to letter from employer which says that they have paid me £__ lumsum for the work i have done for the period 1st oct to 31st March without any further breakdown.
