Re: March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

I think we owe some respect to UKVI as they have taken up additional workload to perform exit checks in light of what is happening in Syria and Iraq. No budget change or recruitment for them. Poor guys. At least some of us must work for them after approval to see how it is working for UKVI. I am sur...

Call HMRC and tell them that there is no NIC recorded for 2008-2009. They will ask you to send a copy of P60. Do so. They will correct it. They did for me.

Actually my ILR was refused for this very reason.

Received my passport and ILR approval letter today. BRP to follow in 7-10 days.

I must mention that UKBA acted very fast and I received the ILR within less than 4 weeks from my appeal being allowed.

Hi Prayas, The best option is to approach a qualified solicitor to interpret the determination for you. However, generally it is less possible that just removal decision was removed and the ILR decision was kept dangling. Please paste the text in your determination here, excluding your personal deta...

HO have 5 days (add 2 days for second class Royal mail delivery, so 7 days to reach you or your solicitor) to appeal against the decision of the judge. Until you hear about their appeal against the First-tier tribunal decision (and then a subsequent decision on that appeal by the upper tribunal agai...

Hi Sajid, I would advice you to apply only when you get 5 years' income records. This is a system and you have to follow it OR face what many of us are facing. Refer http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=136309&highlight=hmrc for employment history. Apply only when you have 5 years' recor...

My suggestion: IF YOU ARE GENUINE, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COUNTRY AND PAY TAXES WHERE YOU ARE NOT BEING TRUSTED UPON. I have been refused for deception after 5 years' legal stay and loads of tax. You have entered the vicious circle of deferred cases I am afraid. Sorry to hear about this. I am struggling with my case which was straight forward like you as well. And I applied at Cardiff PEO as well. And I was told exactly the same thing as you. PRECISELY THE SAME WORDS. As long as you have not...

(I think your question is incorrect :). You are assuming that I did not work. I did work and have P60s and wageslips. You have to rephrase that like - "How did they find that there are no work/tax records for you?") As a part of standard procedure, UKBA request your employment history from HMRC. In ...

Called HMRC and told them about this. I was told to - "Send the P60s for all 5 years to us (HMRC) and we will sort it". Sent the P60s along with a letter explaining my case and requested then to confirm the receipt in writing. My First tier tribunal hearing is on 20th May 2013. Hopefully HMRC will c...
