Well, yes I am working and earning about £24.000. Does that make it impossible for her to claim JSA? I am Swedish and she is from South America, by the way...

EEA2 to claim JSA?

My wife is here in the UK on a EEA2 Residence Card (I myself am Swedish but have lived in the UK for many years). Can she claim 'JobSeekers Allowence' JSA while she is looking for work here in the UK?

Going home for 7 weeks with Residence Card?

My wife is from Peru but she is living here in the UK with me (her husband) on her 'Residence Card'. I am from Sweden, so she got her 'Residence card' through the EEA route, so to speak(...of a family member of an EEA National). She now plan to go back to Peru for 6 weeks, over Christmas, New Year ...
