Re: Naturalisation EU child

Thank you for your help. Adults can apply for citizenship online, kids still have to use the form? I do not think my son is entitled to British citizenship from birth. Is that correct? Correct, as you would not have acquired permanent residence (settled) status until 2017. You can still register you...

Naturalisation application online?

Dear members, A friend of mine has infinitely leave to remain since 2015. In the past you had to print the naturalisation form out, fill it out and send it by post. Is it correct that you only can apply for naturalisation ONLINE when you apply from the UK? Or is it still possible to send your applic...

Re: When to apply for PRC?

Thank you for your reply. Do you maybe know when we should send the application form for PRC? Do we send it after 5 August 2018 or can we also send it before her 5 year resident card is expired?

Change Stick in vignette to BRC

Dear members,

When my wife applied for her resident permit a stick in vignette was placed in her passport. We want to change that to a biometric residence card. How long does it take to have that changed? Anyone an idea?

Thanks

Yes you need to meet the English requirement and LIUK. You also must also have a DCPR (Document certifying permanent residence), so you will need to apply for that first if you don't already have one. Thank you for the info.
