Here is my time line - Post : 07/11/12 Passport requested : 29/11/2012 COA issued : 08/12/2012 COA received :09/12/2012 Passport received : 21/12/12 RC issued : 27/03/13 RC received : 03/04/13 Finally the wait is over and feeling so relieved. getting some attention the wait is long and

Hi EEA2APPLICANT I thoughts so but my COA
says can't confirm your right to work in UK depends
on the outcome of the appl, tried everything
from complaints, writing to them even local MP
but nothing so far, overstayer perhaps that's the
reason

they asked for married partners, but about a month ago
I send them about 60 pictures hoping they will
issue me a new COA as the one they send did'nt confirm
my right to work but nothing helped,,,, all I can do is wait.

October applicant as well,as a overstayer
don't wanna bother them that much just
hoping for some good news soon

As I mentioned above COA no right to work, does anyone think its worth sending more supporting evidence like pictures,emails,skype history,phone records etc proving genuineness of our relationship even though we haven't been asked to do so. Does immigration history matters if one is married to an EE...

still waiting,,,,,,,it's so frustrating but I'm
