Hi,

if you got the COs then why not apply straight forward, you are not over stayed cause you have a valid visa and also it is less than 28 days at the moment

You should apply soon as you can.

Hi, I assume your potencial employer is already on Tier 2 Register, they don't need to submit any of the document to the home office, As they will generate a CoS for you from home office system, and will give you the number that you need to mention on your application form. Yes this will require labour market test, and change of employer mean that you are going from one Tier 2 Registered employer to another one.

ILR on Tier 2 Visa

Hi Guys,

I have Tier 2 visa on which the job started date was 23 January(This is the date, my employer mentioned on COS) but the visa was issued on 6th April.
Now my question is that the date of completion of 5 years for ILR will be 23rd Jan or 6th April.
