I assume 'bad quality' is an auto-replacement of 'f a k e'. If so, your application is going to be refused.

I assume you are referring to 'secondary employment'? If so, you need to meet the full criteria - so £20,500 absolute minimum salary.

Re: Tier 2 Visa Refused Incorrect CoS

I am on PSW dependent but have a UK degree and was on PSW prior to this. Now my employer says its because of being PSW partner to tier 2 genral switching visa is rejected. As for as I know PSW dependant with UK degree can switch to Tier 2 with out leaving the country. Incorrect, a PSW dependant can...

Re: Tier 2 General refusal - wrong SOC code

Not wanting to start an argument but... people making appeals just so they can keep working under 3C has probably influencd the decision by the Home Office to take away appeal rights. The appeal form includes a declaration 'I, the appellant, believe the facts stated in this appeal form are true' - I...

Well the Home Office were hardly going to tell the truth were they... Applicant: Is it my case still under consideration? Call centre worker: Well, i...

my question 1: In CoS my employer did not mention any bonus as i dont have any in reality. Only the appropriate salary according to the SOC. In the bonus field they wrote 0.01 and in explanation they wrote 'as there is no bonus apart from the salary, we had to put 0.01 as the CoS form requires this...

Re: Cab office Tier 2 sponsorship acceptable?

it is not for HO or anyone else to tell them otherwise. I think you'll find the Home Office take a different view on that. Curse the lack of an edit function.

I just remembered - you can't switch if you're staying with same sponsor, so I don't think this will be possible.

You don't have to sponsor anybody if you don't want to - just because they meet the criteria it doesn't mean you have to do it.

Re: Switch from T2 (ICT) Established Staff to T2 General

Theoretically possible but the Home Office may pay particular attention to the job advertisement as the employer can only sponsor you if they can't find a settled worker. If the sponsor declares that you were the only suitable candidate it might look a bit suspicious given that it's your job they we...

Do you actually think the Home Office have made a mistake in the processing of your application?

Or are you just trying to stretch this out as long as you can in order to get long residence ILR?

your friend is a PBS dependant and doesn't need a permit to work. That thread is more than 3 years old. The rules changed late last year following a court case, now almost everyone can switch into being a pbs dependant.
