Thanks, do I need to include the salary amount for each month in the letter or it can just say that there our company provides online payslips but they are genuine ?

Hi,

I have online payslips from my employers and I understand that I need to submit a letter from employer stating that the authencity of those payslips.

Does any body has a format of the employer letter for this purspose ?

As your thread titile says ' Tier 2 ICT visa Gap', was there any gap in your visa?

I have the similiar case and there is gap in my visa for more than 28 days. The reason due to which I couldnt apply for my next visa to do with my health as I was completele bed rest for 2 months. I am not sure if CW can use his discretion but planning to go for it in janurary. Please let me know if...

Thanks for your reply. I know it resets the clock as per the rule but is it worth to try for it as I had an accident and was on complete bed rest when my visa expired ? can CW not use his discretion in exceptional cases ? I saw some people previously got their ILR approved even after 2-3 months visa...
