Yes, no need to declare, as long as you have made arrangements to pay off the debt, and didnt go to court. In other words as long as it has all been settled out of court.

My naturalisation is due in Feb 2014. I have a Masters Degree from a recognised University in London.

I would not be a master on this question I am afraid, so to be honest would recommend to ask the seniors.

Seniors please help.

Having said that personally I would stay safe and provide 5 yr summary, which is best supported by P60s.

yes your friend is right. once you have your ILR then use form MN1 and register the baby as the british citizen and apply passport after you receive registration certificate. re-second question, i do not think it will cause any issue as no court was involved and its an FPN.
