Hi Shalondon,

You should be able to apply for your ILR 28-days before your current leave to remain visa expires. As I understand, your current VISA expires on the 20th Jan 2013. so, I think, any date after the 22 Dec 2012 and before the 20 Jan 2013 should be fine.

Get your online statements stamped and signed from the bank. That is what i did and they were happy with that.

I got my ILR today from the Sheffield PEO. My appointment was at 9:00am and got the results by 12:15pm.
