Re: Australian Spouse visa - advice

Thanks for the reply aussiegoin4it. I must admit that since I only started looking into this recently I was not aware that there had been such a huge spike! I was already in shock at the price but now even more so. But given there isn't really an alternative, I guess I still have to go down this rou...

I included mine too. You can print on Page 15. It's not required to be handwritten. Thanks very much. I have printed out the full list (including the times when it's not included on the day count) and will state on the original page (page 8 ) "See separate list on extra page". Should I say anything...

Section 2: Residence Requirements

Hi all, I am completing my AN form for meeting at NCS next week and wanted to check how to complete the section of Residence requirements. My ILR approval letter is as follows: Our Ref: HO_Ref Your Ref: Your Ref Case ID: ######### So the only number is the "Case ID". The others are exactly as I have written above. Is the Case ID the right one then? Is this som...

Re: Form AN Documents & Fee

Providing additional documents (correspondence/payslip/P60) is completely unnecessary and most likely be discarded by NCS. Just provide required documents as per the checklist mentioned in the AN form. Agreed. I will do as I did for the ILR application, where I had other documents handy but didn't ...

Hi Marsenal, 1) Make sure you carry the same identity proof as you did for your LIUK test 2) Do not see any KOLL proof? 3) Carry as much correspondence as you have from UKBA, my NCS person took copies of all, just to provide as much context as possible to the case worker. 4) Doesnt look like this i...

Thank you. I thought that P60 is a requirement for Tier 1. Some people give all the documents they carry to CW and get into unwanted problems. It is definitely required for Tier 2. I don't think P60 is a requirement for Tier 1 ILR route. I only brought them because I was paranoid reading some of th...

Congratulations. Well done. Were you not asked for P60s,for 5 years by the CW.? No I was only asked for a P60 or letter from my initial employer at the very first check (before payment is taken). I showed the lady a P60 for the 2008/09 year (my first one). I had all the others but did not give them...

I wrote Something like this in Section 6.2 Date left the UK | Date returned to the UK | Reason for absence 19/05/2008 | 23/05/2008 | Holiday in Holland The case worker asked me write the number of days so I changed it to Date left the UK | Date returned to the UK | Reason for absence 19/05/2008 | 2...
