Ombudsman will not take your complain straight away rather than they accept complains only coming form MP's so any one who wants to complain to Ombudsman regarding UKVi need to go through their MP's.

UKBA was behaving like this, Not answering calls properly and if answered then useless. After UKBA scraped UKVi was bit better but it looks they are repeating history.
