Thanks for your reply.
The test she passed for settlement was ESOL Entry level 3.
Is that valid ?
She got her indefinite leave in Mar 2015.

Hi ,
I am filling form AN for my wife.
I will be using check and send service.
My question is do I have send her BRP back , we might have to travel during this process ?
Is there a way that I don't send BRP back now and return later ?

Yes I work and my wife does not.
I was earning £155 (after tax) per week till Nov , since Dec 2014 I have been earning £247 per week after tax.
CB is on my name and WTC and CTC on joint names.
CTC + WTC £536 per month.
CB £82 per month approx
We have one kid who is British.

Hi ,
I don't remember where I read that article but the summary was " you can show your savings as income ".
I have lost HMRC letter to show that I receive CB , CTC and WTC but the amount does appear on my bank statement with proper reference , is that enough ?

Do we have to include children who are British and show £66 for them ?
