Re: removal, return as eu spouse, permanent residence, application for British Citizenship??

This is unfortunately what I was suspecting to be the case, but I think this is very sad at the same time that people are treated this way. 10 years? It’s like they ever made it easy for people to come here in the first place. But thank you anyways for all info.

Re: removal, return as eu spouse, permanent residence, application for British Citizenship??

She was a student here in the UK and drop out back in 2011, due to some problems with the College not accepting her to pay her fees in monthly instalments. Then we attempted to get married here and she got caught in 2012 prior to the ceremony. We went through a lengthy process of getting her residen...

Re: removal, return as eu spouse, permanent residence, application for British Citizenship??

Do you know any specific cases where similar situation led to refusal? or you just infer your view based on logical deduction?

Re: Family Permit under Chen rejected - appealing now

Thanks,

I've just finished my appeal, I did not write about being family member but that she has the right to accompany and that would need comprehensive insurance when here in the UK and that we applied for right of entry and not residence.

Re: Family Permit under Chen rejected - appealing now

Thank you Obie for your input. I do intend to appeal because I feel that based on all the previous Case laws it was made clear how generous are these right for EU citizens and their family members. I will try to argue that in my appeal by stating the right of initial residence and right of entry. Ba...

Re: Complex case regulation 17(4)- please help

It is family permit case and they are still in the Philippines, but the appeal was allowed and even Judge decided they need to pay us fees back, however he seems to be treating them as extended family members instead of direct family members. My case was quite simple I said that they should be issue...

Re: EEA4 application fee not taken after 3 weeks

Well, In the case of me and my wife, we both applied for residency card but only one fee was deducted and I believe it was for me EEA national. I don't know why it happened that way but I suppose they didn't want to charge her because they haven't decided her application and then she got her refusal...
