Thanks for the swift response !! As you advised, I will go for that but i need to wait for possibly another 2 more month. However i have taken a referee signature in form and they have put the date as well . Is there any time limitation for the referee form which i have taken a signature. Thanks Dev

They entered UK on 14th July 2014 on settlement visa and later they got FLRM visa that is valid till 21/Aug/2019.

Could you please guide me know when I can submit their application ?

She is having NARIC ELA , they have given the certificate as " The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirement of CEFR Level C1"

Is this meeting her English requirement level ?
