Thank you so much CR001. Just one last query, when we will travel to India in Dec-15, we will be BC by then. Do I need to inform Indian Embassy about the change in my nationality given that my nationality was Indian during my child visa application however it will change to BC when we will travel?

I think that's only option you have. Just go through some cases in this board where the application was returned as the payment were not declined. I don't think this will have any impact on your future application.

guys..please don't panic about English language ..I believe there is no change to this..please check the new AN guide you can find in page 15-16 that you can submit your degree along with points calculator print out...

It can't in this case I think because of amendment to legislation which requires you to provide biometric details.
Caffeine- sorry, I don't know about this amendment. Can you please help me with some more details around this? Thanks for your help.

Do you draw any dividend as part of your monthly income from company account? If you do and you are claiming these dividends to satisfy your overall earning then you need to submit dividend vouchers which you can make it on your own. Just speak to your accountant.

Absolutely no problem with this.. HMRC treats your 2014 dividend as income of 2014..this is common practice among contractors..speak to your accountant on this and he will advise you on the same

When you got your ILR? If you got it after Oct 2013, you don't need to worry. Check the AN form. If not, you can just degree and points calculator print out. Check AN form guidance. It has all the details.

While booking an appointment with NCS, I was asked if I am planning to travel in next 5 days after appointment. I suggest you check with NCS team of your area on this.
