i talked with two barristers and 2 lawyers. All of them told me that we are allowed to work under judicial review or appeal..

Pepperpusher and greenie is right rules were present that time. This is the reason acca student keep losing cases. But home office is gonna lose in JR. Because JR and appeal is totally different things.
