You posted the invitation letter not the approval letter, which arrives after the approval letter. PSB, this was the approval letter and the only document that I received from UKBA. Is the UKBA ref number on approval letter same with..?

Hi everyone
Hope someone will answer my question!
When you receive the approval letter, there is a Home Office Ref number on it. I am just wondering if this is the same Naturalization Certificate number?

Any advice will be helpful. I am not sure what you exactly mean by (on Indian passport) but.. Was your ILR issued before your child was born? if yes, then you son is a British citizen by birth and all you need is to apply for his British passport trough IPS. the law says a child is a British citize...
