i have requested a cancellation and Iknow Iwill not get refund of £100. will UKBA refund the remainder fee or they will keep it as I cancelled at a short notice?

please advise..

Suggest your best course of action is to defer ILR appointment; spouse to book & take a B1 English test from one of the providers on the approved list.
