Re: FLR FP/HO/Community Sentence

Yeah,I have a brother who went through the same situation. He was caught at work using someone's identity and was freed on bail.He later got granted Leave to remain through flr fp.
Having said that all applications are considered on their individual basis. No two applications can be the same.

Re: Spouse of a Person on FLR(FP)

This is my last renewal on a ten year parent route. If you check on the government website you would realise there is no timetable scale for flr fp applications and it is taking the homeoffice 12months to complete an application. Re: FLR(FP) Application time

From what I know, I may be wrong. If you are still in a relationship with the child other parent who is British then you will have to go for a ten year route on marriage instead of parent route.

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Glory to God.I got my decision after a year and few days.Just 2 days ago,I threatened them with a Pre action protocol to go for judicial review.I cited that 1year was excessive delay in making a decision. I got the decision today and this is my 4th extension and the last one.It was a fee waiver so I...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

We also applied with a fee waiver in October 4th 2022and no response since except the usual generic response of your application has no time scale.
It could be because of the fee waiver element.Hopefully we will hear from them soon
Fingers crossed
