I received my ILR approval letter today which was posted on 24th April,2013.
and am waiting for my biometric card.

Set O application sent 17th August,2012
Biometrics done 11th Dec,2012
ILR approval received 29th April,2013

My wife is here in the UK for three years a student dependent.
When I get my ILR I will apply on FLRM for her

Dear Graceofgod

These solicitors know nothing and they are playing with people's career just for money. You cannot trust them you have to chase them. I think we did a big mistake to give our case to the solicitor. If I knew about this website before I wouldn't have gone for the solicitor. Good luck
