Re: JR Time Line and UKBA not Submitted the Answer Yet

@ Hellen, I won't be able to comment much on the refund but your pre-action protocol should not affect your refund. If you still have leave to remain and your application fee will be refunded or not, you should not waste your time and money on Judicial Review. Reapply. On the other hand, if your lea...

Re: JR Time Line and UKBA not Submitted the Answer Yet

@ Hellen, You can draft the Pre-Action Protocol yourself if you know what to do. However, if your case is urgent and you do not know how to draft the Pre-Action Protocol, it might be better to find a good solicitor to handle your case. The solicitor will be able to weigh your reasons for late biomet...

Re: Entrepreneur visa refused (contract via recruitment agen

Thank you.

I didn't say that you should change your solicitor and I have not even thought about that.

I hope you' ve got more understanding about the Tier 1 "E" Visa now.
Please, let's know of any update if you can.

Good luck.

Re: Entrepreneur visa refused (contract via recruitment agen

I understand your position and thank you for your response. The advisers should be able to tell you why they agree or not but it is good to know that both of them did not agree to the decision. The fact is, Home Office no longer accept contract with recruitment agency as a contract for Tier 1 Entrep...

Re: Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa 50K New Rules After 11 July Ref

I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, your application has been refused by the decision maker because he/ she feel that your contract has no start date or the start date is not clear and precise. You have two options: 1). If you or your solicitor can argue that the contract is an acceptable and...

Hello,

If you have the money and opportunity to reapply, do so immediately.

Make sure you add the required contract document to your application and correct any further mistake.

Good luck.

Re: Entrepreneur visa refused (contract via recruitment agen

p2s7721, It is unfortunate that your application was refused based on the reasons you stated. Some applicant applied with the same contract last year and got their visa. For appeal, your case is not an 100% win-win case for now but there is a possibility that you can win so it's 50/50. The hands of ...

Re: Visa refused, applied August 2014

It depends on your circumstances and what you intend to achieve. If you can correct the mistake in the refusal letter and get the required document, there is high possibility that you will get the visa. If you get refused, there is still the option for Judicial Review. On the other hand, if your int...

Was Article 8 dismissed because it was never raised in your initial document or was it dismissed because you could not meet the rules.
