Re: Anyone extension on Feb or March? Processong time.

Does the company have to pass a board resolution. I thought this was only needed when the company gives the loan. He was also saying that I need to register a charge with Companies House?

Re: Director loan agreement on accountants letter head

Director's loan agreements have nothing to do with the accountant. They do not need to be on a letterhead and certainly do not have to be signed by the accountant.

Re: Set to send application in a few weeks but worker issue

Thank you for your message. The old passport expired a few years ago (and the right to work guidelines say that you can accept an expired passport if it is issued by an EU member state), before he started employment, which is why I had doubts. I suppose the Home Office will be able to check their re...

Set to send application in a few weeks but worker issue

Hello everyone, I am all set to send my application very soon but after reading a few threads here, I am in two minds. My employee got his passport after three months of employment. Before that he provided some other List A documents to prove his right to work (from the HO guideline to check right t...

Re: Entrepreneur Visa extension refused AR refused

^^Hi,
Yes, I saw your posts. That is why I suggested in my previous post that since you are within the 28 days limit, as you only received the decision on the 4th of March, you should still apply asap, but ensure that your documents are all ready and double-check with the guidance.

Re: Entrepreneur Visa extension refused AR refused

Oh right. In that case, don't apply in a hurry, unless you have already prepared your file and it is ready to be sent to HO. It would be good if you can apply on Monday, but if you are not fully prepared, then maybe take one week to make sure every document has been included and nothing is left out,...

Re: Entrepreneur Visa extension refused AR refused

Dear alex87, I have collected all the documents expect application form. what do you say - shall i apply on 7th ? Was there any reason that you could not apply within 28 days of receiving the AR decision? I don't have detailed knowledge about AR and JR, but I think the application should have been ...

Re: FPS/ RTI

^^ Not necessarily. I can think of at least two popular payroll programmes that show detailed information about the employees but not the name of the business. Usually, the FPS will have some reference to the employer, such as accounts office reference and PAYE reference. Other programmes perhaps sh...

Re: Entrepreneur Visa extension refused AR refused

I think one has to apply within 28 days of becoming an overstayer. I think HO starts considering the applicant an overstayer after two working days from the day on which the AR decision is made. Perhaps senior member could confirm. Have you taken any action in the past month since you received the A...

Re: FPS/ RTI

Is there any information that refers to your business on your FPS?
The HO has not listed the fields required on the FPS, but I imagine that they would expect to see some reference to the employer's identity on the FPS.

Re: Entrepreneur Visa extension refused AR refused

I am no expert and have no idea about JR, but I remember there was one thread on this website where the person applied again after AR refused and he got his visa.
I will try to find the thread and send the link to you.

Re: Accountant's letter & Certificate

You only need the letter confirming employment if you join an existing business.

I really doubt you need to send the registration certificate. Just ask your accountant to put his registration number on the compilation report.

Re: Submission of personal statements to support loan eviden

Thanks, Zimba. I understand that the HO does not ask for personal statements to show the transfers. However, I was considering sending them because it seems to boost the evidence of investment. In my case though, I might avoid doing so due to the amount first being transferred to the current account...

Submission of personal statements to support loan evidence

Re: URGENT!Solicitor negligence and judicial review

I don't know how JR works, but I would imagine it will take a long time to sort out this problem in-country. I agree with the people who have suggested that you apply for entry clearance from your home country. All the initial objections raised by HO have been disproved by your successful business, ...
