I sent my appeal to First Tribunal in UK... Appeal takes minimum 6 to 8 weeks so I recommend to reapply.... rest is up to you ... I reapplied and got my visa processed way faster than the appeal....

thats for SETTLEMENT... Tier 2 dependent is not settlement visa....

40,000 fee is correct for tier 2 dependent....

@karthiktr from my understanding 600 pounds for your wife if you have been in UK for over a year. If you have been in UK for less than a year then you will have to show 600 (for wife) + 900 (for yourself)... which application center is your wife applying at?
