I can't remember the SOC code off the top of my head but I do know that your employer should be able to provide you with the most relevant code. If you are currently sponsored under a WP then I'm guessing your employer would be willing to sponsor you under a Tier 2(general) to keep you on but you ha...

ILR Approved Solihull Feb (WP)

After a lot of research and stress, I had a successful ILR (5 yr WP, same employer throughout) application last week at Solihull PEO. Here is a quick overview of my experience and some notes of importance. Appointment at 11, arrived 1030 for security check which went very quickly. The entire process...

Congratulations on your success! Can someone clarify the 180 days rule for ILR evidence for calculating a continuous period in the UK? I'm reading (or perhaps, misinterpreting) contradicting evidence on both the forum and official documentation re: the allowance. Is it 180 days total in the entire 5...

I was able to book an appointment and it seems what they say is true- the cancelled appointments become free around 1-2am. I was also getting a lot of technical problems for a while and not able to even view the available bookings but I kept trying and it eventually came up.

Ok cheers guys- wow Super Premium is very costly!! Also just to make sure I'd actually be eligible for Premium in Person/PEO as I'm a little unclear- I'm applying for Set(O) from the now closed Work Permit category. The info page for Premium Service at a PEO does not include 'Work permit' anywhere o...

Congrats on your application! Is everyone providing the past 12 months of payslips and bank statements as a precautionary measure? According to the Set(O) Guidance notes (I'm a work permit holder) they only require the most recent of each- I would be happy to submit more evidence than necessary but ...

Dear All, I have fortunately just found this website- however unfortunately after reading the threads on the stress of applying for ILR Set(O) by post I am now nclined to apply at a PEO (initially I wanted to save the extra money). HOWEVER my leave expires on 4 Feb and I am unable to find any appoin...
