Hi, I came to UK with Tier 2 ICT short term starff migrant which was issued on Jan 2012. My Visa expires this month Jan 2013 and I would like to know if there is any cooling period to switch to Long term visa from short term ICT? If there is any how long is the cooling off period? Please let me know...
