Austria home office doesn’t accept his religious marriage, they need a English marriage, is it possible?

Relationship is genuine because they already married in Pakistan, no, he wants to apply her spouse visa for Austria so he has no intention to stay in UK.
Is it possible for him to register the marriage?

Can a European national Marry a Pakistani student (Student Visa) in UK.

Dear Sir/Madam
My cousin is an Austrian national currently living in Austria (He doesn't have any kind of settled or pre settled status of UK) and he intending to marry a Pakistan girl who is on student visa. Is it possible that He can register his marriage in UK?

hi, no approval email received but BRP card delivery email from home office received this morning. So I think application was decided on Monday (same day of biometric).

My wife biometric was done on Monday and guy on sopra setria said her to upload spouse declaration on proof of address section as well which didn’t make any sense. Document uploaded within an hour. Anyway since Monday no reply from home office neither complex email nor approval.

hi
i just filled application form for my wife and paid the fee, but there wasn't any option of priority service.
is it possible that i fill a new application but how can i inform home office about fee refund?
will they refund after couple of months?
please advise.

Home office withdraw FLR(FP) decision.

Hi
My wife flr(Fp) application was refused but later home office withdraw their decision when I sent them my ILR AND kids British registration certificates COPIES.
How long it will take for them to send BRP and documents?
I were told that it will take 2-3 weeks.

I have applied 5 th of february still no news . Nearly 6 months.... I think you should get in touch with your MP now. Hopefully you will receive decision soon. I applied my kids registration on 18th March biometric done on 8th April.
On 18th May I received a letter that they they need translated marriage certificate which has been sent on same day.
Til today no news.
It will be 3 months in a week time.

There is very small chances that home office will use 320(11). I know one case and home office couldn’t defend in court after that I haven’t seen any case so far. I know few people who varied applications for years and eventually their SET(LR) was approved. Even 2 of them are my very close friends. ...

Yes. One of my friend apply for SET(LR) on 28th April 2018 and got complex letter.
His visa was approved 29th January 2019 after 9 months.
I know 3 more persons who got complex letters and they have been waiting since more than 7
Months.
