Finally after 60 working got the settlement visa...this forum has been a big support..

was very nervous as people were submitting so many additional documents and we submitted only the mandatory ones stated by UKBA..

I thank god and thank everyone in this forum..

@Suvi001 - around what time did u recv the sms that it has been dispatched..is it during late hours? Thanks Aishpi.. Yeah 30/11/12 the application submission at Hyd and SMS and online update on 5/12/2012 ... All the best dude .. Hope you get it aswelll ... My analysis is when we email them after 50 ...

30/11/12 is this the date u submitted ur visa at VFS hyd or date application started processing at Chennai British High Commission?

unfortunately nothing yet..you and me in the same boat..u have applied a week before me...can i ask for a favor can you please let me know as soon as you receive your wife's visa?

My employer mentioned on the letter £45k annual salary. Do you think this will be a problem? that is odd, i didnt submit the SU07 form ... but my employer letter had clearly distinguished between gross pay and net pay as the UKBA guidance states the letter should clearly mention this ... Not submitt...

1) marriage certificate
2) wedding invitation card
3) few wedding pix
4) uk employment contract £45k
5) uk 6 months bank statements and pay slips
6) SU07
7) UK passport main page copy only
8.) tenancy agreement

was this for a spouse settlement visa or a dependent relative visa - i think form SU07 is for dependent visas?

when you got rejected once and are reapplying for settlement - in the application form..where it's mentioned have you ever been refused a UK visa in the last 10 years? do you have to say yes or no?
