Hello everyone, I would like to ask quick question. I would like to apply for job soc code 2213. It again has several salary bands. So if my employer confirms salary as £40000 per year (39 hour per week) and doesn't say what (salary rate) band it reflects is that okay? it has different salary rates ...

It seems to me clearly that I am in a tricky situation here. My employer would not like to pay any NI (or Employer's contributions) by adding me to his PAYE. Would UKBA track tier 2 sponsored candidates regarding their pay slips or taxes after issuing visas? So what options have I got here? Please s...

Thanks for your reply. I have read tier 2 policy guidance and sponsor duties but it has never mentioned anything about PAYE except working for same employer and supplementary work for 20 hours. As you mentioned about Tier 1 (Entrepreneur Visa), I can earn only £62k per year at my current position. I...

Hi

If you don't mind can you please mention what documents you have submitted?

Do you know the reason for rejection of COS?

Which solicitors did you use?
I appreciate your help.

Regards

Grampian.

To be honest with you, I did not see COS form but I will find out if it has any option to say that they can tick a box to say that they can provide £900 for maintenance.

It would be great if I can hear senior moderators thoughts on this issue.
